People are his priority. Gary has touched many lives because of his immeasurable capacity to listen to the heart cry of the people behind the words.

ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Gary Roe and I’m an author and grief specialist, currently serving as a hospice chaplain and grief counselor for Hospice Brazos Valley in central Texas. I’ve published six books, including the bestsellers Please Be Patient, I’m Grieving (Amazon #1 Bestseller), Heartbroken (USA Best Book Award Finalist, National Indie Excellence Award Finalist) and Surviving the Holidays Without You (Book Excellence Awards Finalist). A former missionary and pastor, I also speak at a wide variety of venues around the region.

Have you ever had a friend who can see through what you pretend to be and speak truth directly to who you really are? Gary does that, and what’s astonishing is how he does it even in his writing. I dare you to find out for yourself.

Gary is a great story-teller. He is easy to listen to, and engages the hearts and minds of his audience in such a way that they leave encouraged and wanting to grow.
